These terms explain the basics: who can use the service, who owns uploaded artwork, how AI features work, and what we expect from users.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Doodle Motion provides AI-assisted creative tools for turning drawings and other submitted materials into digital creations such as animations, images, videos, story-style content, or printable keepsakes.
The service is intended to be managed by adults, parents, or legal guardians where children are involved. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for making sure your use of the service complies with applicable law.
You keep the rights you already have in the original drawings, images, prompts, text, and other materials you upload. Doodle Motion does not take ownership of a child’s original artwork simply because it is uploaded.
You give us a limited permission to host, store, process, transform, and transmit uploaded content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service. You must only upload content you are entitled to use.
Doodle Motion uses artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers. AI outputs can vary and may not always reproduce an uploaded drawing exactly or be completely accurate.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will qualify for copyright or other legal protection in every country.
Some features may require an account or payment. Prices and applicable billing terms should be shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and login details secure. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases and account activity involving a child.
Please use Doodle Motion lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with legal obligations.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We aim to keep Doodle Motion available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You should keep your own copy of important original artwork. Doodle Motion should not be treated as the only permanent archive for irreplaceable family content.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information, uploaded content, account information, and service data are handled. By using Doodle Motion, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the platform, including AI, hosting, storage, and payment providers.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular creative result, uninterrupted availability, or that every AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Doodle Motion is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are subject to applicable law, and nothing in them limits consumer rights you may have under the laws that apply where you live.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
